There may be some soreness of the tooth being treated for a few days after treatment.

Warm saline (1/2 teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water) rinses are helpful in the healing process.

A tooth undergoing RCT is brittle & weak. Avoid chewing hard food on that tooth till such time as the treatment is complete with capping.

In case of excessive pain or discomfort, or if swelling should occur, please contact us.

It is advisable to have a crown fitted on the tooth where the RCT has been performed, after the treatment has been completed.

Please do not forget to take the medicines prescribed to you by your dentist.

Following completion of the RCT & Crown, please visit us for a check up once every three months.
